Terms of Service
These terms govern access to SpreadBoard, a read-only market-information service.
Service
SpreadBoard presents public-market data, calculated spreads, funding information, charts, alerts, and research tools. It does not execute trades, hold client assets, provide custody, or provide personalised investment advice.
Market risk
Prices, liquidity, funding, transfer status, and availability can change without notice. Displayed values may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking any decision directly with the relevant venue.
Membership
Membership is billed monthly at the price shown before checkout and renews until cancelled. Access is personal and may not be resold, shared, scraped, or used to disrupt the service.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, overload data providers, reverse engineer credentials, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability
We aim to run continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every venue, token, route, chart, or alert will always be available.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SpreadBoard is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange failures, or decisions based on market information.
