Cancellation and Refund Policy
How recurring membership cancellation and service problems are handled.
Cancel any time
You can cancel recurring billing through the account billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Immediate access
At checkout you are asked to request immediate digital access and acknowledge that beginning supply may affect the statutory 14-day cancellation right. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
Service faults
If paid access is materially unavailable or not supplied as described, contact us promptly. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include restoration, a credit, or a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report a duplicate or incorrect charge with the account email and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not send card details.
How to request
Contact support@spreadarbitrage.ink or https://t.me/spreadarbitragesubscription_bot. Include the account email, payment date, and reason. Refunds, when due, are returned through the original payment method.
