What SpreadBoard stores and why.
Account data
We store your name, email address, password hash, subscription state, linked Telegram identifier, settings, alerts, and journal entries to operate your account.
Payments
Stripe processes payment-card details. SpreadBoard stores provider customer, subscription, and event identifiers, but not full card numbers.
Notifications
Pushover user keys are encrypted at rest. Telegram and Pushover identifiers are used only to deliver the features you enable.
Technical data
We may retain security and operational records such as session identifiers, IP address, browser information, consent records, and service logs.
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with providers needed to run the service, such as Stripe, Telegram, Pushover, hosting, and market-data providers. We keep it only as long as needed for service, security, accounting, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure through https://t.me/spreadarbitragesubscription_bot or by contacting support@spreadarbitrage.ink. Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
